1. Infrastructure Progress: The National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) announced the completion of a 260-meter PSC bridge over the under-construction National Expressway in Gujarat. This bridge, located between the Surat and Bharuch bullet train stations, is a significant milestone.
2. Advancements in Construction: Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw highlighted that approximately 360 kilometers of the bullet train corridor have advanced to the viaduct level, with track slabs being laid. Nearly 2 kilometers of the undersea tunnel in Maharashtra have already been completed.
